Chiefs 23-14 over the
Texans: The Chiefs led the whole entire game. QB Patrick
Mahomes had one TD pass compared to zero by QB CJ Stroud. Kicker Ka’imi
Fairbairn missed two field goals and one extra point while Harrison Butker
accounted for eleven of Kansas City’s points.
Commanders 45-31 over
the Lions: Washington was up 31-21 at half time and never
looked back despite a comeback attempt by the Lions. QB Jared Goff threw three
interceptions with one being returned for a TD. Rookie QB Jayden Daniels had
two passing TDs and RB Brian Robinson had two rushing TDs. RB Jamyr Gibb’s two
rushing TDs kept Detroit in the game.
Eagles 28-22 over the
Rams:
RB Saquon Barkley ran all over the Rams for 205 yards with two rushing TDs, plus
QB Jalen Hurts had a rushing TD. The Rams tried to comeback but were down for
most of the game as QB Matthew Stafford did have two passing TDs.
Bills 27-25 over the Ravens: This game went down to the wire and might have gone into overtime but TE Mark Andrews didn’t catch the ball on a two-point conversion to seal it for Buffalo. In the snow QB Josh Allen had two of his team’s three rushing TDs and QB Lamar Jackson had two passing TDs, plus RB Derrick Henry had a rushing TD. It came down to the smallest margins as Baltimore was 0-2 on two-point conversions and had three turnovers.
