Packers 27-18 over the
Commanders: The Packers were up 17-3 entering the 4th
quarter and never looked back. QB Jordan Love had two passing TDs and RB Josh
Jacobs had a rushing TD for Green Bay. QB Jaden Daniels did have two passing
TDs in the 4th quarter but it was too late by then plus their kicker
missed two field goals.
Cowboys 40-37 over the Giants
(OT):
The Cowboys hit both the game tying field goal and game winning field goal to
beat their divisional rivals in overtime. QB Dak Prescott had two passing TDs
and both of his RBs had rushing TDs. For the Giants QB Russell Wilson had three
passing TDs.
Bengals 31-27 over the
Jaguars: The Jaguars had the lead twice and still blew it
as QB Joe Burrow left the game for the Bengals. It was his backup Jake Browning
who had a rushing TD and two passing TDs to complete the comeback. QB Trevor
Lawrence did have three passing TDs.
Lions 52-21 over the
Bears: It was all Detroit as they led 28-14 at halftime
and never looked back. QB Jared Goff had five passing TDs with three going to
WR Amon-Ra St Brown and both RBs had rushing TDs. QB Caleb Williams had two
passing TDs both going to WR Rome Odunze and RB D’Andre Swift had a rushing TD.
Rams 33-19 over the
Titans: The Rams were actually down 9 points entering the
4th quarter and completed the comeback as QB Matthew Stafford threw
one of his two passing TDs. They also got two rushing TDs. Rookie QB Cam Ward
got his first career TD but it was all kicker Joey Slye accounting for 13
points.
Patriots 33-27 over the
Dolphins: In this close divisional game New England just
edged the Dolphins with a late field goal. This game had both a punt return TD
and kick return TD. It was all QB Drake Maye for the Patriots with two passing
TDs and a rushing TD.
49ers 26-21 over the
Saints: Backup QB Mac Jones had three passing TDs to keep
the 49ers ahead for the whole game. Saints QB Spencer Rattler was impressive
with three passing TDs too but it wasn’t enough.
Bills 30-10 over the
Jets:
RB James Cook ran all over the Jets for 132 yards with two rushing yards plus
Elijah Moore had a rushing TD. Matt Prater also accounted for twelve of the
Bills’ points. The Jets had a TD late but it was in garbage time.
Seahawks 31-17 over the
Steelers: The Seahawks were down 14-7 at halftime and came
back to win despite two interceptions and a missed field goal. They recovered a
kickoff in the end zone for a TD. Kicker Chris Boswell accounted for 9 of the
Steelers’ points.
Ravens 41-17 over the
Browns: QB Lamar
Jackson had four TD passes for Baltimore while QB Joe Flacco had one passing TD
with an interception for the Browns. The Ravens also recovered a fumble and
returned it for a TD.
Colts 29-28 over the
Broncos: The Colts were down 28-23 entering the 4th
quarter and hit two field goals to just edge out the Broncos as the kicker
accounted for 17 of their points. QB Bo Nix did have three passing TDs for
Denver.
Cardinals 27-22 over
the Panthers: The Cardinals were up 27-9 entering
the 4th quarter and never looked back. They recovered a fumble for a
TD and picked off QB Bryce Young. Young did have three passing TDs.
Eagles 20-17 over the
Chiefs: In a Super Bowl rematch the Eagles led the whole
time just like in the big game. Kansas City missed a field goal which would
come back to haunt them and three turnovers total between the teams. QB Patrick
Mahomes had a rushing and passing TD while QB Jalen Hurts had a rushing TD.
Falcons 22-6 over the
Vikings: There was only one TD scored which was by Atlanta
late in the 4th quarter. Minnesota had six turnovers, five by QB JJ
McCarthy. The Falcons got sixteen of their points from their kicker.
Buccaneers 20-19 over
the Texans: Houston took the lead with two minutes left but
the Buccaneers scored with seconds left on a rushing TD by RB Rachaad White to
seal the deal. QB Baker Mayfield had two TD passes compared to QB CJ Stroud who
only had one for Houston.
Chargers 20-9 over the
Raiders: It was all QB Justin Herbert who had two passing
TDs for the Chargers. QB Geno Smith had zero TD passes with three interceptions
as it was all Daniel Carlson who kicked three field goals.
