Rams 34-31 over Panthers: QB Matthew Stafford threw the game winning TD pass his third of the game as time was expiring. QB Bryce Young had a rushing and a passing TD as RB Chuba Hubbard had two rushing TDs. WR Puka Nuka caught one TD pass and a rushing TD.
Bears 31-34 over the
Packers: The Bears were down 21-3 in the second half and came
back to defeat their divisional rivals in the playoffs for the first time in 85
years. QB Caleb Williams had the go-ahead TD pass of the game, his second. His
counterpart QB Jordan Love had four passing TDs. Green Bay had four fumbles and
their kicker missed two field goals and an extra point. The Bears kicker
accounted for 11 of their points.
Bills 27-24 over
Jaguars: The Bills were up 13-7 in the 3rd
quarter before the Jaguars had a comeback to take the lead. Then QB Josh Allen
had a rushing TD to seal the victory, his second of the game but his third
total. QB Trevor Lawrence did have three passing TDs, but two interceptions
with one sealing the game plus their kicker missed a field goal.
49ers 23-19 over the Eagles: The
49ers scored the go-ahead TD late and then the Eagles failed to convert in the
end zone to seal the game. QB Brock Purdy threw two TD passes and WR Juan
Jennings threw a TD pass. TE Dallas Goedert had both a rushing and a receiving TD
for the Eagles. Both teams actually missed an extra point each.
Patriots 16-3 over the
Chargers: Patriots rookie kicker Andy Borregales accounted
for 10 of their points, and QB Drake Maye threw the only TD of the game. QB
Justin Herbert had under 200 yards passing and was their leading rusher with
under 60 yards with two fumbles.
Texans 30-6 over the
Steelers: Houston’s defense picked off QB Aaron Rodgers for
a TD and forced two fumbles, also returning one for a TD. Texans QB CJ Stroud
had five interceptions (6 total) plus their kicker missed a field goal but the
Steelers could only manage two field goals.
