NFL Recap Week 12 2022:

 

Bills 28-25 over the Lions: With 23 seconds left QB Josh Allen led his team down the field to kick the go ahead field goal and then Detroit fumbled the ball on their possession to seal the game. Allen had two passing TDs and a rushing TD while QB Jared Goff had two TD passes as well but he got sacked in the end zone for a safety plus his kicker missed a field goal.

Cowboys 28-20 over the Giants: The Giants led early but then got outscored 28-7 to lose the game. QB Dak Prescott had two passing TDs and RB Ezekiel Elliot had a rushing TD plus TE Peyton Hendershot had a rushing TD. QB Daniel Jones only had one TD pass and RB Saquon Barkley had one rushing TD.

Vikings 33-26 over the Patriots: QB Kirk Cousins rebounded from their embarrassing loss on Sunday to throw three TD passes on Thanksgiving. QB Mac Jones did have two passing TDs but the main reason they were in the game was their kicker accounting for 14 of their points. The Vikings did have a 97 yard kick return TD.

Panthers 23-10 over the Broncos: In his first start this season QB Sam Darnold had one passing and one rushing TD compared to QB Russell Wilson only having one TD pass with a fumble plus his kicker missed a field goal.

Browns 23-17 over the Buccaneers (OT)RB Nick Chubb scored the game winning TD in overtime to win it for Cleveland. QB Jacoby Brissett had a one passing TD while WR Anthony Schwartz had a rushing TD. QB Tom Brady had two TD passes for Tampa Bay.

Jaguars 28-27 over the Ravens: The Jaguars were 0-162 since 2000 down by 7+ points in the final 2 minutes prior to today. QB Trevor Lawrence had three passing TDs compared to QB Lamar Jackson who had one TD pass. Justin Tucker missed a potentially game winning field goal from 67 yards and if he misses it no one can make it.

Dolphins 30-15 over the Texans: Backup QB Kyle Allen had two of his team’s three fumbles and two interceptions. Miami went 30-0 early and never looked back. The Dolphins defense also had a fumble recovered for a TD.

Jets 31-10 over the BearsThird string QB Mike White had three TD passes for the Jets and backup QB Trevor Siemian had one TD pass with an interception for the Bears.

Bengals 20-16 over the Titans: The Titans only TD was RB Derrick Henry fumbling the ball and being lucky his fellow teammate picking it up for a TD. QB Ryan Tannehill had no passing TDs.  QB Joe Burrow had one passing TD and backup RB Samaje Perine had a rushing TD.

Commanders 19-13 over the Falcons: 6 punts, two interceptions, four field goals, one missed field goal and one missed extra point. QB Tyler Heinicke outplayed QB Marcus Mariota with two passing TDs compared to one but threw an interception late to seal the game.

Chargers 25-24 over the Cardinals: With time expiring QB Justin Herbert threw the game winning TD pass his third of the game. QB Kyler Murray came back from injury to throw two TD passes with a rushing TD but threw an interception. His team also had a fumble plus a missed field goal.

Raiders 40-34 over the Seahawks(OT): RB Josh Jacobs scored the game winning 86 yard rushing TD in overtime as it was his day with 229 yards rushing, 74 yards receiving and two rushing TDs. QB Derek Carr had three passing TD as well. QB Geno Smith had two passing TDs and RB Kenneth Walker also had two rushing TDs.

Chiefs 26-10 over the Rams: Third string QB Bryce had two interceptions while QB Patrick Mahomes had one TD pass and RB Isaiah Pacheco had a rushing TD.

49ers 13-0 over the Saints: The Saints missed a field goal, RB Alvin Kamara had two fumbles and they didn’t score any points. QB Jimmy Garoppolo had one TD pass.

Eagles 40-33 over the Packers: QB Aaron Rodgers did throw two interceptions with two TDs but left the game with an oblique injury. QB Jalen Hurts had two TD passes with no interceptions. RB Miles Sanders had two rushing TDs plus Kenneth Gainwell had a rushing TD.

Steelers 24-17 over the Colts: The Steelers were up 16-3 entering halftime but then blew their lead to the Colts to trail in the 4th quarter. The better team came out on top as RB Benny Snell scored the go ahead TD in the 4th quarter. The Colts also missed a field goal. Supposedly interim head coach Jeff Saturday didn’t use a single timeout.
