NFL Recap Week 1 2023:

Lions 21-20 over the Chiefs: The Lions keep on surprising the world this time taking down the defending champions by picking off QB Patrick Mahomes and returning it for a TD as they held on for the close win. Ravens 25-9 over the Texans: It was a usual game for the Ravens with a good effort on defense not letting up a TD from rookie QB CJ Stroud, and their run game accounting for all three of their TDs two from Justice Hill and one from JK Dobbins but tore his Achilles ending his season again.

Browns 24-3 over the Bengals: The Browns defense shut down QB Joe Burrow holding him to only 82 yards passing and RB Joe Mixon to 56 yards rushing. QB Deshaun Watson threw one TD pass and had a rushing TD for Cleveland.

Jaguars 31-21 over the Colts: The game went the way HC Doug Peterson would want every time with QB Trevor Lawrence throwing two TD passes and both RBS Travis Etienne and Tank Bibsby having rushing TDs.
