Broncos 10-7 over the
Raiders: In a divisional rival Thursday night game it was a
war of attrition Denver came out on top. Las Vegas had two fumbles and missed a
field goal that might have gotten them to overtime. QB Bo Nix did have two
interceptions but had one passing TD for Denver.
Colts 31-25 over the
Falcons(OT): It was all RB Jonathan Taylor who
scored the game winning TD in overtime. He had three rushing TDs and ran for
244 yards plus QB Daniel Jones had one passing TD. For Atlanta it was also all
about their RB as backup RB Tyler Allgeier had two rushing TDs.
Dolphins 30-13 over the
Bills: RB De’Von Achane ran all over Buffalo for 174
yards and two rushing TDs. QB Tua Tagovailoa did have two passing TDs too. QB
Josh Allen did have two passing TDs but it was when it was too late in the 4th.
Ravens 27-19 over the
Vikings: It was all kicker Tyler Loop who accounted for 13
of Baltimore’s points. QB Lamar Jackson
did have one TD pass like QB JJ McCarthy but McCarthy had two interceptions.
Bears 24-20 over the
Giants: The Bears were down by 10 points in the 4th
quarter but QB Caleb Williams led them back with both a passing and a rushing
TD to complete the comeback. Rookie QB Jaxson Dart did have two rushing TDs but
left the game with an injury.
Jets 27-20 over the
Browns: The Jets had both 99 yard kickoff-return TD and a
74 yard punt return to help them keep an early lead. QB Justin Fields had one
TD pass but Browns Rookie QB Roman Gabriel had two passing TDs.
Patriots 28-23 over the
Buccaneers: New England led at halftime and never looked back
as QB Drake Maye had two passing TDs and rookie RB TreVeyon Henderson had two
rushing TDs. QB Baker Mayfield did keep it close with three passing TDs.
Saints 17-7 over the
Panthers: Rookie QB Tyler Shough had two passing TDs compared
to QB Bryce Young having none.
Texans 36-29 over the
Jaguars: The Jaguars were up 29-10 after three quarters but
were outscored 26-0 in the 4th quarter to complete the comeback. Jacksonville
did have a punt return TD. Houston had a fumble return TD and backup QB Davis
Mills had two passing TDs plus one of the team’s two rushing TDs.
Seahawks 44-22 over the
Cardinals: Seattle recovered two fumbles and returned both
for TDs. They also got two rushing TDs and QB Sam Darnold had a passing TD plus
their kicker accounted for 14 of their points. Backup QB Jacoby Brissett did
have two passing TDs but all came when they were down by too much.
Rams 42-26 over the
49ers: QB Matthew Stafford had four passing TDs, and RB
Kyren Williams had two rushing TDs, which helped them to be up 21-7 at
halftime. QB Mac Jones did his best with three passing TDs.
Lions 44-22 over the
Commanders: Detroit was up 25-10 at halftime and never looked
back. QB Jared Goff had three passing TDs with one going to RB Jahmyr Gibbs who
also had two rushing TDs. Their kicker Jake Bates accounted for 12 points after
missing some field goals last week. Backup QB Marcus Mariota did his best with
two passing TDs in the second half but was too late by then.
Chargers 25-10 over the
Steelers: The
Chargers defense caused two fumbles, picked off QB Aaron Rogers twice and got a
safety. The Steelers missed a field goal too. QB Justin Herbert and RB Kimani
Vidal each had a TD. Rogers did have a TD pass but they were down 25-3 so it
didn’t matter.
Eagles 10-7 over the
Packers: In this low scoring affair the Eagles were up 10-0
late and held on after Green Bay missed a game tying field goal. WR DeVonta
Smith caught one TD pass for the Eagles and RB Josh Jacobs Green Bay’s TD.
