NFL Recap Week 6 2022:

Commanders 12-7 over the Bears: 10 punts, two field goals, one missed field goal, three fumbles and one interception plus three turnovers on downs. That adds up to an ugly unwatchable game with QB Justin Fields being sacked five times. RB Brian Robinson scored the TD for Washington only weeks after being shot.

Falcons 28-14 over the 49ers: QB Marcus Mariota had a rushing TD and two passing TDs while QB Jimmy Garoppolo had two TD passes with two interceptions. RB Jeff Wilson fumbled the ball away and the Falcons recovered for a TD.

Patriots 38-15 over the Browns: RB Rhamondre Stevenson had two rushing TDs, 4th round rookie QB Bailey Zappe, and rookie second 2nd round WR Tyquan Thornton had a rushing and caught one of those passing TDs. QB Jacoby Brissett had two interceptions and two of his team’s three interceptions.

Jets 27-10 over the Packers: 11 punts, two missed field goals, a blocked punt, QB Aaron Rodgers had two fumbles and three turnovers on downs. When the Jets blocked that punt they returned it for a TD, and RB Breece Hall had a rushing TD plus WR Braxton Barrios had a rushing TD.

Colts 34-27 over the Jaguars: QB Matt Ryan had three TD passes with one of them being the game winner with seconds left and 3rd string RB Deon Jackson had a rushing TD. QB Trevor Lawrence did his best with a passing TD and two rushing TDs but the Jaguars fumbled the ball away to seal the game for the Colts on a bunch of laterals they do at the end of the game.

Vikings 24-16 over the Dolphins: QB Kirk Cousins had two passing TDs and RB Dalvin Cook had a rushing TD which is what they always hope the offense does. QB Teddy Bridgewater had two passing TDs but two interceptions.

Bengals 30-26 over the Saints: In the QB Andy Dalton bowl: It was all QB Joe Burrow who had three passing TDs and a rushing TD compared to Dalton who only had one TD pass.

Giants 24-20 over the Ravens: QB Daniel Jones led the Giants back with one TD pass (one of his two) and RB Saquon Barkley had a rushing TD. Their defense picked off QB Lamar Jackson and when sacking him caused him to fumble to seal the game. K Justin Tucker missed a field goal but interesting that one of the Ravens TD was by Kenyan Drake having a rushing TD.

Steelers 20-18 over the Buccaneers: A surprise win as QB Mitchell Trubisky came in late to lead this team to victory with a TD pass and keeping the following drive going to keep QB Tom Brady off the field. Brady did throw a TD pass late but they failed to tie it on a two-point conversion.

Rams 24-10 over the Panthers: If it weren’t for QB Matthew Stafford throwing an interception that was returned for a TD Carolina wouldn’t have scored any TDs. Both of their backup QBs (3rd string & 4th string) didn’t do anything. Stafford had one TD pass, RB Darrell Henderson had a rushing TD and WR Ben Skowronek had a rushing TD.

Bills 24-20 over the Chiefs: QB Josh Allen had three TD passes with no interceptions while QB Patrick Mahomes had two TD passes with two interceptions. Kansas City also missed a field goal.

Seahawks 19-9 over the Cardinals: 10 punts, three turnover on downs, five field goals, five fumbles and one interception. The only offensive TD for the game was RB Kenneth Walker having a rushing TD. Arizona scored a TD on a fumble recovery in the end zone.

Eagles 26-17 over the Cowboys: QB Cooper Rush had three interceptions while QB Jalen Hurts had no interceptions with two TD passes.

Chargers 19-16 over the Broncos(OT): Denver was up 13-3 early and blew that lead in overtime as the Chargers hit the game winning field goal in that overtime. K Dustin Hopkins was the star of the game accounting for 13 of their 19 points as QB Justin Herbert had no TD passed with no an interception.

Bye Week: Lions, Texans, Raiders & Titans.
