Seahawks 23-20 over the
Cardinals: Seattle kicked the game winning field goal as time
expired as they beat their divisional rivals. QB Kyler Murray did his best
playing from behind with two passing TDs but two interceptions. QB Sam Danrold
only had one TD pass for the Seahawks and K Jason Sanders accounted for eleven
of their points.
Steelers 24-21 over the
Vikings: The Steelers were up 21-6 entering the 4th
quarter and never looked back in Dublin. Backup RB Kenneth Gainewell had two
rushing TDs for the Steelers. Backup QB Carson Wentz did his best with two
passing TDS but had two three turnovers for Minnesota.
Falcons 34-27 over the
Commanders: The Falcons were up 17-7 early and never looked
back as both RBs for Atlanta had rushing TDS. Their kicker accounted for ten of
their points. Backup QB Marcus Mariota did his best with two passing TDs but
the team had four turnovers. If it weren’t for K Matt Gay accounting for
fourteen points it wouldn’t have been this close.
Bills 31-19 over the
Saints: QB Josh Allen had two passing TDs and a rushing TD
while RB James Cook ran all over the Saints for 117 yards with a rushing TD. WR
Chris Olave caught a TD pass but threw an interception for New Orleans.
Lions 34-10 over the
Browns: QB Jared Goff threw two passing TDs but to WR
Amon-Ra St Brown and RB Jahmyr Gibbs who had a rushing TD. The Lions also got a
punt return TD. QB Joe Flacco had three of his team’s four turnovers and
Cleveland missed a kick.
Patriots 42-13 over the
Panthers: It was all QB Drake Maye who had two passing TDS
and a rushing TD plus two more rushing TDs from their RBs. New England also had
a punt return TD. Carolina missed both an extra point and a field goal but had
two passing TDs combined from both QBs.
Eagles 31-25 over the
Buccaneers: Philadelphia led 24-6 at halftime and held on
despite a comeback attempt from QB Baker Mayfield. Mayfield threw TD passes in
the second half and kicker Chase McLaughlin accounted for eleven of their
points. QB Jalen Hurts also had two TD passes for the Eagles both going to TE
Dallas Godert, plus a rushing TD for RB Saquon Barkley. They also blocked a
punt for a TD.
Texans 26-0 over the
Titans: It was all Houston as they shut out their
divisional rivals and QB CJ Stroud had two passing TDs. Tennessee missed two
field goals.
Giants 21-18 over the
Chargers: Rookie QB Jaxson Dart upset the Chargers with both
a rushing and passing TD as the Giants led the whole game. QB Justin Herbert
didn’t have his best game with two interceptions.
Rams 27-20 over the
Colts: QB Matthew Stafford had three total TD passes but
two came in the 4th quarter to seal the win. QB Daniel Jones had two
of his team’s four turnovers but threw one TD pass for the Colts.
Jaguars 26-21 over the
49ers: Jacksonville led 17-6 at halftime and never looked
back. QB Brock Purdy was back for the 49ers but had three of the five
turnovers. The Jaguars also had a punt return TD.
Chiefs 37-20 over the
Ravens: It was all QB Patrick Mahomes who had four TD
passes compared to one by QB Lamar Jackson. Jackson who had two turnovers.
Bears 25-24 over the
Raiders: The Bears took the lead on a D’Andre Swift rushing
TD with less than two minutes remaining, but then blocked a field goal to seal
the game. QB Geno Smith had three interceptions for a total of four turnovers
for the Raiders. Cairo Santos accounted for fourteen of the Bears points.
Cowboys 40-40 Packers tie
(OT):
Second highest game ever to end in a tie. Both QBs had three passing TDs in Dak
Prescott and Jordan Love. Prescott added a rushing TD and so did RB Javonte
Williams. Josh Jacobs had two rushing TDs on his own for Green Bay. Dallas also
blocked an extra point and returned it for two points.
Dolphins 27-21 over the
Jets:
It was the TE Darren Waller game as he caught two TD passes in his return to
the NFL as Miami led the whole entire game. QB Justin Fields did his best with
a passing and rushing TD but it wasn’t enough to complete the comeback.
Broncos 28-3 over the
Bengals: The Bengals actually led for a brief time to start
the game but never again. QB Box Nix had two passing TDs and a rushing TD plus
WR Marvin Mims had a rushing TD.
