Giants 34-17 over the
Eagles: It was all rookies for the Giants in upsetting
their divisional rival. QB Jaxson Dart had a passing and rushing TD while RB
Cam Skattlebo had three rushing TDs. QB Jalen Hurts did have a passing and rushing
TD but threw an interception.
Broncos 13-11 over the
Jets:
QB Justin Fields got sacked nine times and had no TD passes but the only non-field
goal they had was a safety for scoring. QB Bo Nix had one TD pass.
Colts 31-27 over the
Cardinals: RB Jonathan Taylor scored the go-head TD for the
Colts. QB Daniel Jones had two passing and one rushing TD. Backup QB Jacoby
Brissett did his best with two passing TDs for the Cardinals.
Chargers 29-27 over the
Dolphins: Cameron Dicker hit the game winning field goal as
time expired for the Chargers and he accounted for 17 of their points. QB
Justin Herbert also added two passing TDs. QB Tua Tagovailoa had three
interceptions and their kicker missed a field goal. RB De’Von Achane had two
rushing TDs for Miami.
Patriots 25-19 over the
Saints: QB Drake Maye had three passing TDs compared to QB
Spencer Rattler. If it weren’t for Blake Grupe accounting for 13 of the Saints
points they would have lost by more.
Steelers 23-9 over the
Browns: Cleveland could only muster three field goals
compared to the two passing TDs QB Aaron Rodgers had for the Steelers.
Panthers 30-27 over the
Cowboys: The Panthers hit the game winning field goal as
time expired. Their kicker Ryan Fitzgerald accounted for 12 of their points. QB
Bryce Young had three passing TDs and so did QB Dak Prescott.
Seahawks 20-12 over the
Jaguars: Jacksonville missed a field goal, an extra point
and a two-point conversion attempt. Both QBs Trevor Lawrence and Sam Darnold
had two passing TDs.
Rams 17-3 over the
Ravens: The Ravens had three fumbles and one interception
but could only manage a field goal. QB Matthew Stafford had one passing TD and
RB Kyren Williams had a rushing TD.
Raiders 20-10 over the
Titans: The Raiders went up 17-0 and never looked back as
they got a TD pass from QB Geno Smith and RB Ashton Jeanty had a rushing TD. Tennessee
fumbled to seal the game for the Raiders.
Packers 27-18 over the
Bengals: RB Josh Jacobs ran all over the Bengals for two
rushing TDs and QB Jordan Love had one passing TD. Cincinnati missed two field
goals but was down for the whole game. QB Joe Flacco did have two passing TDs
in his debut.
Buccaneers 30-19 over
the 49ers: QB Baker Mayfield had two passing TDs and both of
his RBs had rushing TDs. QB Mac Jones had two interceptions and one fumble for
the 49ers. If it wasn’t for kicker Eddie Pinero accounting for 13 of their
points it would have been much worse.
Chiefs 30-17 over the
Lions: It was all QB Patrick Mahomes with three passing
TDs with one rushing TD. QB Jared Goff did have two passing TDs for the Lions.
Falcons 24-14 over the
Bills: RB Bijan Robinson ran all over the Bills for 170
yards and a TD, plus his backup had a rushing TD. Atlanta was 21-7 at halftime
and never looked back despite QB Josh Allen’s best attempt with two passing TDS
but also two interceptions.
Bears 25-24 over the
Commanders: The Bears were down 24-16 in the 4th
quarter before adding a TD and a game winning field goal as time expired to
pull off the upset. QB Jayden Daniels had three passing TDs and 1 interception compared
to QB Caleb Williams who had one passing TD but had no interceptions. Newly
signed kicker Jake Moody accounted for 13 of their points.
